Update aurora-livecam with new design and fixed zoom

- New design from main-aurora branch
- Fixed zoom: maxZoom reduced from 100 to 4
- Added zoom +/- buttons
- Added zoom slider with step 0.5
- Fixed video-zoom.js to not apply transform at 1x
